What printing technology do you use for your apparels?

We use advanced DTF (Direct-To-Film) technology for all our apparels. This process delivers extra-vibrant colors, sharp details, and long-lasting prints that feel soft and comfortable—perfect for everyday wear and washing!

 

What sizes are available for men and women?

We offer a wide range of sizes from XS to XXL for both men and women to ensure the perfect fit for you. Please refer to our size chart before ordering.

 

Do you provide cash on delivery (COD) option?

Absolutely! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on most orders across India. Simply select the COD option right on the product page — no need to navigate through multiple pages during checkout. Just choose COD, fill out the required details in one easy form, and enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience!

 

How long does shipping take?

Your custom apparel is made on order, so it takes 2–3 business days to print and dispatch. After that, delivery usually takes 2–5 days depending on your location.

And, don't you worry, you are in good hands because we have industry-leading shipping partners. So, most of the time, your product reaches you before the expected date.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

If you received the wrong size due to a mistake on our part (for example, we shipped a different size than you selected), we’ll ship you the correct size absolutely free of charge — no returns or extra steps required. Just email us at contact@zuppi.in with a photo of what you received, along with the original packaging and shipping label visible.

However, if the correct size and color you selected at the time of ordering were delivered to you, we do not offer replacements or exchanges. Please double-check the size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.

 

Are your designs customizable?

Currently, our products are sold with pre-designed graphics. We plan to introduce customization options soon based on customer feedback.

 

Do you ship to Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities?

Absolutely! We serve customers across Metro, Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities throughout India.

 

How can I track my order?
